Renshi,
I want to thank you for your book "A Beginners Guide to Ninpo". It totally helped me in getting a greater understanding of the schools philosophy and the teaching that you share. I am fairly new to the Long Island Ninjutsu center, and when reading your book I felt as though I was speaking directly with you in person so when I take classes after reading your book I feel more in touch with my training.

Renshi,  I just wanted to reply to tell you that It is nice to see the students returning, you've created such a family atmosphere at the dojo that it now becomes a place of comfort for myself and my family. The change in my sons attitude, performance and most of all respect I feel has a direct relationship to the attitude and training given by yourself and Sensei Tom. I only have been coming 2 days a week due to school and work but its the training on Friday and Saturday that relaxes me from the hustle and bustle of ordinary life. My daughter Samantha finally wanted to come back to train and she' s loving it, once again thank you for all you're words of wisdom and comfort. I DO READ your weekly emails they are a positive source of motivation as well.

"I wanted to see what your web site looked like and I love it.  I also wanted to say thank you so much for being so great.  I truly believe that sending my Jose and Todd to your school has been the best decision I have made for them.  Your hard work with them is paying off.  You are wonderful and so is the entire staff.  Thank you for everything you have brought to our lives.  Keep up the great work."

“I would like to take this opportunity to thank you, your staff and your program for the excellent training that my son Stephen is receiving. In only 6 months the discipline and confidence that Stephen displays is truly a credit to your organization. Sensei Chuck Wilson's patience and dedication and natural ability to teach is to be commended. Thank you.”

“When I think of L.I. Ninjutsu Centers, one word comes to mind – Family. When joining, I thought that I was only going to be taught how to fight. Looking back now, almost five years later, I find that the dojo staff, instructors and students have taught me lessons that no one else could teach. Truly there is nothing else that could match the benefits of the martial arts trainng I have received. This invaluable list of life skills includes commitment, focus, self-discipline, goal setting, and compassion. It was easy for me to see immediately that Renshi Allie's centers were by far the most professional and caring around. Yu couldn't pay any amount in the world to leave them. I have joined a way of life, and realize that I would not be where I am, or who I am, if it were not for Renshi Allie and L.I. Ninjutsu Centers.”

Philip Shoppmann, Shodan – Black Belt

“Just wanted to thank you guys for all you have done for my daughter, Nicole at the L.I. Ninjutsu Centers of West Islip. Especially last night's Stranger Danger seminar, which Nicole has told me about. The way all of you, and I mean all of you, work with the children and build self-esteem and confidence, as you have in my daughter is mind bowing! Before we enrolled her in your dojo, she would not participate in anything willingly, except Gymnastics, now she has found what she really likes to do, which makes me happy, because she is happy and more confident. So, Renshi, all the instructors and staff at your schools I say thank you all!!!!!!!!!!!”

“When I started training with Renshi Allie in 1994, I was only interested in the physical aspects of the Martial Arts, such as weight loss, muscle strength, flexibility and self-defense. After a year or so of training, my reasons for training began to change. I started helping Renshi Allie teach the children's classes. At that time I had no idea how much I would enjoy teaching children; I just wanted to get in some extra training. I helped him for about a year or so and then decided that I enjoyed teaching Martial Arts so much that I went back to school to earn my degree in Physical Education at Adelphi University. Unfortunately I did not enjoy teaching the other sports necessary to teach in the school system so I decided to teach Martial Arts exclusively. As you can see, training in the martial arts has helped me to put my life into perspective.”

Tom Fallon- Black Belt -Nidan Ju Jutsu and Ninpo Tai Jutsu

I received my white belt at 37 years old, and it was one of the proudest moments of my life! I have continued to train, and preserver, through struggles and injuries. I know that it doesn't matter how fast I progress: it only matters that I never quite. My son Dalton is well on his way to Black Belt. My other children, Amanda, Joey and Grant have also joined the dojo. It has been so rewarding to share this with them.
I'm very thankful to my teachers, Renshi Allie, Sensei Frank, and all the Sensei's at the dojo for always believing in us and for teaching us to believe in ourselves.”

“The art of Ninpo has had an incredible impact on my life. The teachings and philosophies of Renshi Allie and LI Ninjutsu Centers have helped shape my life in ways I could never have imagined. Since joining the school in 1998 I have quit smoking, lost weight, achieved the rank of Black Belt, and become the program director of a highly successful Martial Arts school. None of this would have been possible without the skills I learned at LI Ninjutsu Centers. Renshi Allie has coached me personally and professionally, and taught me how to accomplish any goal I set. I have grown as a person, both physically and mentally, and now employ the "Black Belt Attitude" in every area of my life.”

Chuck Wilson, Shodan – Black Belt

“I want to thank you for the great Black Belt test yesterday. I would also like to than you and Janelle for coming to our house to help celebrate the event. You made Emily very happy. The Black Belt test was fantastic and family and friends enjoyed every minute of the test. They also couldn't believe how much the Black Belt candidates need to know and ho hard the test is. They were also very impressed by the ceremony of the presentation of the Black Belt. As a parent who was very involved in her training I though I knew what her promotion would belike. Not until I was there. Watching her test did I realize the extent of her knowledge. For this we say thank you to your staff. "

I wish every student would take the time to go to these Black Belt promotions. They would see, as opposed to hearing, that if they train hard they too will be a Black Belt. I think it would open the eyes of many parents and make them see how important classes and practices are, as well as their involvement in their training.”

“Over seven years ago, my husband and I were looking for a martial arts school for our shy and quiet six-year-old son. We searched for a place that encourages self-confidence, boosts self-esteem and empowers one to be his/her own person – a place that reinforces our own family's philosophy. We found that place at LI Ninjutsu Centers. Our son took one trial class with Renshi Allie Alberigo and he couldn't wait to go back again."

"Throughout the years, our son learned much more than self-defense at LI Ninjutsu Centers; he learned the discipline of the body, mind and spirit, a discipline that enables him to live in our society as an individual, as a person that doesn't necessarily have to conform to everyone else's perception of him."

"Today, our 13-year-old son continues to train with Renshi Allie. He is out-going, full of confidence and tries to be the best person he can be. We believe, but more importantly, our son believes that LI Ninjutsu Centers – Renshi Allie, all the Senseis and students - has made, and continues to make, a positive impact on his life!”

Thanks for having the parent/kid punch kick seminar. Sean and I will be practicing. Just wanted to let you know Sensei Joe did an excellent job. We encounter so many kids his age that can't make change for a dollar or formulate an understandable sentence. I was impressed that he could lead a group that size." Thanks.”

“Thank you Renshi and the entire staff at L.I. Ninjutsu Centers. When my son enrolled he was a very shy, frail young boy. We love him dearly but knew that these traits would only hinder him growing up. We made the decision to bring him to your school in hope that he would grow more confident and become a strong adjusted young boy. In only 8 short months we see an improvement that amazed my husband and I, even his school- teachers are praising your program. I would recommend it to everyone. Thank you.”
